Refund & Return Policy

At Tree Lume, we want you to be fully satisfied with your smart animated Christmas tree lights. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're here to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or the product doesn't work as intended, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or a short video of the damaged or faulty item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once we review your claim, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Returns

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Personal preference
  • Items that have been used, installed, or are not in their original condition and packaging

Return Window

Eligible damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for a replacement.
